Overview
The Suchar Innovation and Development Award supports innovative projects that advance faculty and staff development in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. This award is intended to encourage new ideas, creative problem-solving, and professional growth across LAS by providing support for projects that demonstrate innovation, as determined by the Dean. The award may be used to support project-related expenses in accordance with the LAS Operations Guide.
Award Information
Award Amount: Up to $3,200 in expenses
Eligibility: All LAS faculty and staff
Proposal Deadline: Monday, May 4, 2026
Proposal Requirements
Applicants should submit a detailed project plan, no more than three pages, including a line-item budget.
Proposals should clearly describe the project, its purpose, and how it supports innovation and development within LAS.
