Facilities Office
The Facilities Office exists to support the School of Music community’s day-to-day needs, including security and access, room reservations, locker and auxiliary instrument assignments, and ensemble setups.

Performance Office
The Performance Office coordinates student recitals, masterclasses, ensemble placement auditions, and all School of Music concert program materials.
Production Office
The Production Office is responsible for coordinating all back-of-house operations and live event production in the Holtschneider Performance Center (HPC), as well as maintaining performance space equipment & inventory. This office also manages the HPC Back-of-House Staff.
Technology Office
The Technology Office is responsible for implementing and supporting the academic (classroom) and administrative technology in the School of Music. This office also oversees the operation of the Computer Lab in Room 217 (Music North Building).
