Policies for the School of Music (SOM) and Holtschneider Performance Center (HPC) spaces:
- SOM/HPC spaces are to be used by current SOM students, faculty, and staff only. All outside guests must have pre-approval and be on campus for academic purposes only.
- SOM/HPC spaces are not to be used to teach lessons to anyone who is not a current SOM or Community Music Division student – this includes lessons held over Zoom or other video conferencing services.
- Faculty are permitted to give lessons to high-school-aged and older prospective students for recruitment purposes.
- You forfeit your reservation if you do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booking.
- Reset all chairs, stands, and any other equipment you use to the location where you found them.
- Treat rooms and equipment with care – report any damages to Julia Miller.
- Beverages with secure lids are allowed in these spaces, but food is not.
- Any violations of these policies may result in loss of access.
